If you have no specific preference for CSE, go for electrical or mechanical at BITS pilani. Otherwise go for CSE at some new IIT or established NITs like NIT, allahabad.

At top 7 IITs,you can get civil engineering and other lower branches. However you can get core branches at IIT-BHU and ISM Dhanbad like old IITs.

Last year there was no chance at this rank. But from this year,some seats are reserved for girl candidates. Being a girl candidate, you will surely get some seat in IIT. Still wait for counselling.
Yes, though you have very less options, but still you may get some branches in IITs. These may include Environmental,Mineral engineering at IIT Dhanbad, Pharmaceutical engineering at IIT BHU for general category.
You may choose NITs instead if you have good rank in JEE Mains or prefer some private college.
