According to the category and rank mentioned by you in the question you have very low chances of getting into any of the IITs because the closing OBC rank for IITs were around 4.5-5K and you are bit far from the figure so you can hardly get any

Dear aspirant,

Hopefully you are doing great and studying hard to achieve your goals.
With 86 percentile you won't get a sit in NIT or IIT. atleast 97 than you can get an good branch. For that from now you have to work hard till the next attempt.

See for the basic educational requirement the half yearly examination would not be only considered. Rather you will have to wait till April or May and find out the aggregate percentage of both terms to proceed further. In 2021 National testing agency had uplifted the minimum educational criteria
