in CSE you have to study only the CS related curriculum
but in ECS you have to study the curriculum of CS and that of electronics or electrical branch
both are very different from each other

u should go for kiit.
You have to pay the draft for counselling or if you didn't, then connect with the university/college to request to recieve your draft on the day of counselling. If they agree then it will be very good for you.

Considering the last year cutoffs and statistics it is hard for you to get into CSE or IT but you are having chances in CSSE, CSCE, all branches of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil etc.
