Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in class XII securing minimum aggregate marks of 60% in board exams.

KIITEE Cutoff 2017: Important Points
Candidates will be called for counselling for admission to a B.Tech course only if they score higher than the cutoff rank and cutoff marks announced for that course.
Candidates ranked higher in the cutoff list will be given preference in counselling.

sorry to say this. It is difficult to get Mechanical Engineering with your rank. The previous year's cut-off for Mechanical Engineering was 11748. As your rank is much behind the closing rank you can't get it. The prediction was made based on the Previous year's cut-off. It may
it totally depend on your interest ,go for counselling or thinks properly and then choose your branch .
