A student needs to have completed 7 years of education in Karnataka in order to be eligible for kcet. So, you might not be able to attend the exam.

Yes it definitely effects the fee too since OC candidate doesn't get a scholarships given by the government and there will be also given less reservation for the OC students in all categories they is no restrictions for the eligibilities but there will be only few reservation for OC students

yes,the eligibility criteria must be satisfied by each and every candidate.if you cant do it,then your application will be rejected otherwise it will make issue on exam or on counselling.the fee structure will be vary with different colleges,since there are number of best colleges participating in KCET.please

Hi prathamesh, KCET entrance exam is held by the Karnataka government. To appear that exam domicile of Karnataka is necessary. So non Karnataka students can not write the KCET exam.
