No you cannot apply for medical using KCET rank. Medical admissions across the country are through NEET but you could have applied for medical along with engineering while filling the application if you were appearing for NEET.
Since NEET counselling in centralised there won't be any problem. NEET is independent of KCET.
You should select engineering for kcet if you have applied for NEET exam.

In order to be eligible for KCET exam you need a domicile certificate of Karnataka. If you want to apply for private colleges of karnataka for engineering program you can appear in COMEDK exam.
