Hope you are doing great!If you were in army public school and want to appear for kcet then I confirm to you that if you have passed your class 12 then you are eligible but if you haven't completed your class 12 yet then you won't be eligible.For
In order to appear for KCET exam you should have domicile certificate of Karnataka.
If you want to take admission in private engineering colleges of Karnataka you can appear for COMEDK exam.

You can appear in MHT CET to take admission in private engineering colleges of Maharashtra but it is recommended to take admission through JEE Main as they are preffered over MHT CET.
To take admission in government engineering colleges of Maharashtra you need a domicile certificate.
To appear in KCET
You can also pay online mode through bill desk (net banking,credit/debit card).It is very easy no need to print challan.After payment just print the final application.All the best
You can pay the fees of KCET application form through E-challan or DD. There is no online fee payment option.
