I just check the last year cutoff for GCE KANNUR from round 1-3 for both the streams,opening rank is at 4500 and closes somewhat at 12000 for ece

and 4500-7400 for civil

As you have not secured a seat in the counselling of the keam for b. Arch . It might happen that you have chosen options which are not satisfied with your rank

Hello angle own,

The keam allotment of seat has been done in the second round of counselling.

If you are not interested in that college .it's not a problem you can participate in the third round of counselling . 

You can only participate in the 3rd round as you clear

 if you are not satisfied with the seat you just got in you can wait and enroll yourself in the next counselling .Candidates who will be allotted seats through KEAM 2019 counselling second phase for Architecture, Engineering and Pharmacy courses will be required to take a printout

Hello

Yes if you do not freeze your seat you are automatically alloted a seat in the second round of the counselling but for that you should not have frozen the seat or taken admission in it.
