To appear in KVPY, you must secure atleast 75% aggregate marks in mathematics and science. There is a relaxation of 10% marks for SC,ST and Pwd candidates.

Yes there is negative marking criteria for KVPY exam under which per wrong question 0.25 mark will be deducted for part 1 exams, and 0.5 mark per wrong question will be deducted for part 2 exam of KVPY 2018. KVYP registration will be started from 2nd week of july 2018, and the registration will close in 2nd week of august 2018.

And the exam will be held in 1st week of November 2018.
