In order to get admission in AIIMS Delhi you should meet the required cutoff in AIIMS Entrance Exam. The admission is purly based on the exam score only.

According to the KVPY eligibility, only students enrolled in the 1st year of undergraduate program in Basic Sciences namely Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology leading to B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S. are eligible to apply for the aptitude test. Thus, you won't be termed eligible for the same.
