According to the KVPY eligibility, only students enrolled in the 1st year of undergraduate program in Basic Sciences namely Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology leading to B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S. are eligible to apply for the aptitude test. Thus, you won't be termed eligible for the same.

Yes, you can give KVPY 2018 exam under SX stream. To be eligible to apply you are required to have following percentage of marks in class 10.
75% in Mathematics and Science subjects for general.
65% in Mathematics and Science subjects for SC, ST, PWD.
