the cutoff for CSE is in 4 digits at KJSCE. for previous year the first round cutoff was 607 for CSE and 3rd round cutoff was 922. It is same for other branches too. You have to look for other college where you can take an admission. In this percentile you can't get KJ Somaiya.

All college admissions are done as per the rules and regulations of Competent Authority, Directorate of Technical Education/State CET Cell/ Admission Regulatory Authority,Government of Maharashtra through Centralized Admission Process.
Soon after the declaration of MHT-CET result, the Competent Authority invites applications from eligible students for first year Engineering, prepare merit list and provisionally allot the admission through Centralized Admission Process. As per the allotment, College admit the candidates after verifying their original documents, collect requisite fees and confirm their admission.

Among the colleges you mentioned , cummins college is the best . Because it have high placement ratio and instead of MIT WPU and others , these are private colleges . You must surely seek for Cummins college without any doubt .

KJSCE offers B.Tech in 5 specializations. The candidates aspiring to pursue B.Tech must have passed HSC (10+2) level examination along with a valid MHT-CET/JEE Main score.
MHT-CET is a state level offline entrance examination conducted in Maharashtra and JEE Main is an all India level examination to be conducted in offline and online mode.
Admission will be done through Centralized Admission Procedure (CAP) conducted by DTE.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission in KJSCE is that a student must have passed standard XII (10+2) level examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biology/technical/vocational subject OR Diploma in Engineering and Technology with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates from Maharashtra Only) from a recognized university.
