Hi,
There is nothing like that . Cutoff factors depends upon difficulty level of the examination of JEE Mains/JEE Advanced. Other factors includes are, number of seats available for admission, previous year cutoff trends, number of applicants in an institute and number of candidates appeared for the examination. Only these factors determine the cutoff each year. You can use our college predictor tool to know the cutoff and accordingly the colleges you may have a chance at: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor
Hi there,
I hope you are in good condition . I would like to know you that for such queries you can write e-mail to the concerned authority.
By the way, for your date change concerned , I would like to tell you that it may change slightly. But most probably it will not.
what all should i carry along with me to the neet exam center..what if i dont have the correction slip and photo correction slip..what will happen
Ho Vivek,
On account of Covid19 pendemic everything has gone out of order and delayed.
If you are registering for JEE Advanced then to get the reservation benefits you will have to submit the valid certificate for the same. In case you don't have the certificate due to some unavoidable reasons then you don't need to worry. You can download a declaration available on IIT website and declare that you don't have the EWS certificate right now but you will produce it soon before the specified date. It has to be signed by you and your guardian.
In case if you failed to produce the certificate then your reservation benefit is liable to be cancelled and you will be treated as General category. Here you must note that if you haven't crossed general cutoff in JEE Main then you would not be able to write JEE Advanced.
Hope it helps you. All the best for JEE Advanced.
Hello,
As the ongoing pandemic has devastated everything but it will take some time to get everything back to position. If you are in your final year then wait for some time, the exam will be conducted anyway and if you clear it then well and good. So thinking of the positive side you can fill the form so that you are not left with any problem.
All the best.
Hello aspirant, The exam centre won't be shifted now as the supreme court order has come the dates also won't be postponed any further but adequate measurements will be taken at the exam centers. And new guidelines will be followed of having less students alloted in a single class room , prior sanitation of the place etc.
hope this helps
Hello Mohan,
I think you know that JEE advanced 2020 will be conducted on september 27 which is just around 45 days from now on.Well, getting a rank under 2,500 in advanced is not that much easy .No problem if you prepared for advanced in your intermediate without considering this lockdown period.you just have to revise the concepts if you have already prepared.
But if it is not the case, like,if you have not started your preparation yet,it is better for you to attend for JEE advanced 2021.Because,you can not take burden on you because you can not just complete the whole preparation within just 45 days.
You are mentioning that, you want to take coaching. We are still unsure that when will coaching centers will reopen. So,you better be prepared for JEE advanced 2021.Once coaching centers reopened, start your preparation seriously by first understanding the concept deeply and practicing a number of problems and doing mock tests and practicing previous years papers.
Here i am mentioning few books as of my experience
Cengage ->It will be useful for all three subjects for solving number of problems.
Hc verma for physics
Op tandon for chemistry. It will be good for concept.
Himanshu Pandey for Organic chemistry
Hope this helps:)
