Me & my friend form fillup for mht cet together so in exam centre will i and my friend get sit together?

Exam center allocations for MHT CET are determined by the authorities based on various factors, including the number of applicants and available seating capacity. Consequently, there is no guarantee that you and your friend will be assigned to the same exam center or seated together during the examination.

It's important to note that seat assignments within the exam center are typically randomized to maintain fairness and prevent any potential malpractice. Therefore, even if you and your friend are allocated the same center, sitting together is unlikely.

150 marks in mht cet which I get

Poral Siddartha (siddu) 28th Feb, 2025

With 150 marks in MHT CET, you can expect a 99+ percentile and a rank below 120, making you eligible for top engineering colleges in Maharashtra, such as:

COEP Pune

VJTI Mumbai

SPIT Mumbai

Use college predictor tools and check official cutoffs, as admissions depend on seat availability and reservation policies.

I have maharashtra obc-ncl issued in FEB 2025 and its validity on certificate given till "31 March 2027" and during mhtcet registration in January they asked "do you have obc-ncl valid upto 31 March 2026" with options "yes or no" i choose no that time. Can i use this FEB ncl in cap admission.

Poral Siddartha (siddu) 28th Feb, 2025

Since your OBC-NCL certificate was issued in February 2025 and is valid until March 31, 2027, you can use it for CAP admission despite selecting "No" during MHT-CET registration in January.

Ensure you have the OBC-NCL and Caste Validity Certificates ready.

Provide the correct details during CAP registration and document verification.

Contact State CET Cell, Maharashtra if any issues arise.

can we get admission in bpt with Mhtcet without neet What is the cut off for general category for neet and cet and fee structure?

Mitali Sharma 28th Feb, 2025

Hello

In Maharashtra admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course is primarily based on NEET-UG scores. MHT CET is not considered for BPT admissions in most colleges. You need to qualify for NEET to apply for government and private physiotherapy colleges in Maharashtra.

Cutoff for General Category :

NEET Cutoff : Varies yearly but generally ranges between 300-450+ for government colleges.

Private Colleges : Lower cutoffs but NEET qualification is still required.

Fee Structure :

Government Colleges : Around Rs 30,000 - Rs 80,000 per year.

Private Colleges : Can range from Rs 1.5 - Rs 5 lakh per year, depending on the institution.

Hope this gives you the clarity you need .

I submitted 2 Mht Cet Application Form (Pcm) by mistake. Actually I am a dropper, when i was filling the first form I selected "yes" for "appearing for hsc in 2025?". Later Saw this mistake couldnt find anything to change the details so I Submitted another form with my "previous year hsc result". Will I go to examination only for this newest form. Will I face any problem?

kumardurgesh1802 28th Feb, 2025

Hello Sahil,

Since you submitted two MHT CET forms, the authorities will likely consider the latest one. However, having multiple applications can sometimes lead to disqualification. You should immediately contact State CET Cell, Maharashtra via their helpline or email to explain the situation and request clarification.

If the correction window opens, try to rectify any issues. Otherwise, appear for the exam with the latest application details.

i have maharashtra obc ncl issued in feb this year, do i need one issued in April for admission through mhtcet cap rounds? Can i apply for new one?

kumardurgesh1802 27th Feb, 2025

Hello Mohan,

No, you do not need to get a new OBC-NCL certificate if yours was issued in February this year .

MHT CET CAP Round OBC-NCL Certificate Rule:

  • The OBC-NCL certificate must be issued on or after 1st April of the admission year (2025 for your case).

  • Since yours was issued in February, it will not be valid for CAP rounds.

    What You Should Do:
  • Apply for a fresh OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after 1st April 2025 from the Tehsil Office or MahaOnline portal.

  • It is best to get a new one before CAP rounds to avoid rejection during verification.

No, you cannot appear for MHT CET unless you clear your Chemistry (RT - Repeat Theory) exam.

MHT CET Eligibility Criteria:

  • You must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology from a recognized board.

  • If you have RT (Repeat Theory) in Chemistry, it means you haven't fully cleared your 12th yet.

    What You Should Do:

In which month jmi conducted his BALLB entrance exam and when the results out ?is it came after the result of MHCET ?

Tanya Gupta 25th Feb, 2025

Hello,

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) conducts its BA LLB entrance exam usually in June each year. The results are typically released in July. On the other hand, MH CET Law (for 5-year LLB) is usually conducted in May, and its results are announced in June or early July. So, JMI BA LLB results generally come after MH CET results, but exact dates vary yearly.

Hope this helps you,

Thank you

i have electrical maintenance as a vocational subject can i add it along with phy and maths while clearing grouping criteria for mht cet

Afreen 24th Feb, 2025

You can definitely consider Electrical Maintenance as a vocational subject while applying for MHTCET. According to the eligibility criteria, vocational subjects can be considered along with Physics and Maths for calculating the aggregate marks.

In your case, since you have Electrical Maintenance as a vocational subject, you can add it to your Physics and Maths scores to meet the grouping criteria. However, please note that the specific guidelines for vocational subjects may vary, so it's always best to check the official MHTCET website to confirm the details.

Additionally, keep in mind that having a vocational subject like Electrical Maintenance can actually boost your chances of getting a good college, as it's considered a valuable skill.
