It would be difficult to tell you the exact marks required for admission as the cutoff varies every year from college to college and also according to the engineering branch.

In order to take admission in government college through MHT-CET you must have domicile of Maharashtra.If you are outside Maharashtra then you will eligible only for private college.You should go with JEE main marks over MHT-CET marks for private college.

engineering or medical colleges only in maharashtra .
According to the eligibility criteria of MHTCET, candidates whose mother or father are domiciles of Maharashtra are eligible to appear for MHT CET exam. (They must possess domicile certificate).
