The cut off of CET is different for Home University Seats (HU Seats) and Other Than Home University Seats (OHU Seats). Assuming that you meant OBC category, the approximate cut-off percentile last year were as below:
JBIMS 99.5 (OBC HU)
SIMSREE 98.81 (OBC HU), 99.5 (OBC OHU)

Dear Onisha, in order to be eligible for MHT CET, you should have completed your 10+2. Which means that candidates the highest qualification is 10+2. Even if you are studying BMS, because your highest qualification is 10+2, you can appear for MHT CET. There is no age limit as well
