I regret saying this, but I am sorry, i don't think so that you will be able to a seat in an private college for MBBS in management Quota.
As you can see that the cut off went very high this year, to get seats in MBBS
If you get placed in banks you can get upto 3-4 lpa package. Others get aroubd 2.5 lpa package at St Xavier's. It really depends on you, how much package you get. At xaviers, not all register for placements. The college asks for 980rs for registering for placements registration.

Please mention your respective entrance exam which you have appeared so that it will easier to know for which college or degree you are targeting or want to pursue. As every entrance exam has it's own eligibility and cut off for the selection process.
