Hello Aspirant!
Hope you are doing well.
Comparing with the previous year cutoff, you will easily get the CSE branch in Manipal Institute of Technology. Cutoff varies every year, it depends on some factors.
For taking admission To the Manipal institute of technology one must need to score at least 135 so you can easily get a CSE branch.
Hope you understand.
A switch to a different branch may be possible only if two criteria are met: The student must have a high CGPA, and that there should be a vacancy in the desired branch. If any of these two criteria are not met, then a switch to a different branch may not be possible.
No, the first round of entrance examination is already done, and the second one is for those who were deprived of taking the exam the first time. Last year also, MAHE had conducted only one round of entrance examination.
The basic way of conducting entrance examinations at MAHE has been to take two rounds, and take the best score of the two for consideration. But this year and the last, i.e. 2020, due to the pandemic, MAHE has been keeping restricted to only one round.
After the exam, based on the marks a percentile will be created, and students will be ranked accordingly.
