If a 13 year old child works in a factory he/she is called a child labourer. As per the child and adolescent labour ( prohibition in regulation) act which was passed in 1986 and later amended in 2016, employment of children who are below the age of 14 in any form of work including factories is strictly prohibited.

Att this age, a child has the right to education, health and overall development. Forcing or allowing them to work is considered an infringement of child rights and law.

If you have uploaded your HSC document from Digilocker and it is valid, there should be no problem. Digilocker documents are accepted as original by most authorities.

Since you completed both Class X and XII in Maharashtra, even without originally selecting " domicile " , you can claim Type A Maharashtra State candidature during MHT - CET CAP . Both the VIT Vellore and Manipal University Jaipur are excellent in their own branches of CS AI/ML in VIT and CSE in MUJ. However, the difference does exist if we compare further.

• VIT Vellore carries more reputation of being a renowned institute for engineering and thus offers better placements with slightly higher package.
• Manipal University Jaipur is much newly established as compared to VIT but also has placement exposure to MNC giants such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google etc.
• VIT is much more cost effective when it comes fee structure with total fees of B.Tech to be around 9 lakhs where as 15 lakhs of MUJ.
• The MUJ has best in class infrastructure as comparatively better infrastructure.

You should now decide based on your own preferences, you should also look which one is closer to your home for better reachability.
