Yes, you will be eligible to appear for your 10th CBSE board examinations in 2022. According to the norms, the candidate needs to be of at least 14years by the 31st December of the conducting year. However , there is no upper limit of age to appear in the exam.

Yes, you will be considered as completely eligible under this. This is because for JEE Mains, candidates must of either appearing for class 12 board exams or must have passed the class 12. As in 2023, you will be appearing for board exams, you are certainly eligible for JEE Mains 2023. Candidates need to note that they need to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and need to pass class 12 from a recognized board. Each exam is conducted in three levels. First is preliminary testing your reasoning ability and quantitative aptitude.Second is Mains testing proficiency in languages like English, aptitude, reasoning ability, general awareness, and computer knowledge.

The score that you have mentioned is the NTA Score/Percentile score. You percentile score is 21.6681837. The percentile score is rounded off to 7 decimal to avoid tie in between two or more candidates. With the given score the overall rank is expected to be in between 801334 - 900816. You don't have chances to qualify in JEE Main unless you belong to PWD category considering the previous year qualifying cut off percentile.
