JEE Main 2021 March session results were already declared. NTA will announce the result in terms of NTA score which is also known as percentile score. The score that you have mentioned is the NTA Score/Percentile score. You percentile score is 21.6681837. The percentile score is rounded off to 7 decimal to avoid tie in between two or more candidates. With the given score the overall rank is expected to be in between 801334 - 900816. You don't have chances to qualify in JEE Main unless you belong to PWD category considering the previous year qualifying cut off percentile. Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
Now the figure that you have mentioned is nothing but your percentile. You can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

Or
You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
So on such rank and category you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs, so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for state GFTIs or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
