You need to score atleast 25% marks will be required to score in the TS EAMCET examination to qualify it. That means you need to have scored atleast 40 out of 160 to qualify TS EAMCET no matter which reservation strata you are from hence I am sorry

It is difficult to get seat for BAMS or BHMS with 202 marks. Moreover it depends upon cut off also. Result will be out soon so you can estimate your chances of getting seat. Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level
