Hey Saanvi ,
MBA and MIM are both amazing courses in management if one wants to pursue this in their postgraduation. However the actual difference between both of them is , MBA is for working professionals and is a career development tool to ace even further in the corporate world. Whereas MIM gives less weightage to work experience and encourages freshers into corporate. As MIM is a kickstarter for one's career , they lay solid foundation on core subjects and aim for entry level positions in a company. However an MBA graduate aims for mid or senior level positions and expects higher salaries. Nevertheless the selection criteria for both the programs is almost similar but it depends on who you are. Both are the same courses but with a difference in work experience , so choose accordingly.
Hope this answer helps you!
Hello Karan ,
The program in MBA Rural Management offered at various institutes like IRMA have special postings in various NGOs , MNCs and you can also bag a government job too. It is dependent on the college you study in and what companies come for the placement process. But most of the time , they also have the same job opportunities as general MBA students but their jobs are specialized compared to the conventional MBA course provided in colleges.
Good luck!

Post Graduation Courses in Human Resource Management.
Dear aspirant,
There are many private colleges which offers you admission through management quota like vit vellore, comedk colleges, srm University, wbjee private colleges, manipal University.
For fee structure you need to contact the college authorities what they would offer through management quota. Comedk colleges like ms ramiah ,rv college the cost would be somewhat around 25L .
For donations in wbjee private colleges the management quota is of 3L which is very less if compared to the other colleges. And the total cost in course of four years would be around 11-12L.
Hey aspirant,
I wouldn't be able to suggest you with which branch you should go for. As,this is a really important decision amongst the students. You should only go with that branch in which you feel you are more comfortable and interested. It's but obvious that you wouldn't want to waste your 4 years of life in studying something in which you are not at all interested.
So I would suggest you to go for that particular course only in which you are interested and is comfortable. Because it is directly proportional to your job life if you won't be comfortable with your subjects then you won't be able to give your best.
Hope it helps
Good luck.
