All the topics in all the three subjects i.e., physics, chemistry and Maths are important. You can't leave a topic thinking it's not important. What you can do is check out the weightage of each topic or chapter in the exam as per the previous year question paper trends.

If your question is in reference of jee mains than you can not count it because the PHYSICS ,CHEMISTRY AND MATHEMATICS AND ONE LANGUAGE must be included in your total aggregate . So you can not add your computer science marks instead of mathematics marks to make it

Also it is not compulsory to have mathematics for this course as eligibility criteria says that you must have done graduation ( B . Sc . with Chemistry as one of the main subjects), with a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC /ST candidates).
