Mathematics is mandatory for the food technology course because it includes mathematical modeling of food and processing parameters. Moreover the food technology includes topics like heat and mass transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics which are physics as well as mathematics based topics.

It is decided by our Indian Education Board that for any Technical degree candidate must have Mathematics in thier subjects.

See if u are opting to get admissioned in the good universities of INDIA for ur further studies then u can opt them by giving entrance exams of DELHI UNIVERSITY and many other colleges like JMI for ur studies.
See choosing central college is not a only option.
