Hi Aspirant!
According to previous year last round (Round 7) cutoff of JoSSA following are the closing rank for the colleges you mentioned above:
School Of Planning and Architecture Bhopal:
School Of Planning and Architecture Delhi:
School Of Planning and Architecture Vijaywada:
Manit Bhopal
Hence, you can only get the seat in Manit Bhopal if you have home state quota, otherwise there is no chance of you to get the admission in any other SPA college as their cutoffs are high. But you can try your luck in CSAB Special counselling.
Also, you can follow up this Career360's article for more information on CSAB SPECIAL COUNSELLING:

Dear Aspirant,
Among these three branches I would suggest you should go with the chemical branch at NIT Nagpur as it is a very good college and the chemical engineering is also a relatively good branch for your engineering career than other core branches. Moreover, you will also have an NIT in your resume that would be a good thing if you want to pursue higher education like MS or MBA.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
The following is the cutoff for MANIT bhopal for the year 2019 in home state quota (SC rank) :-
Now the previous year's Cutoff suggest that you have decent chances of getting admission in MANIT Bhopal but the cutoff varies every year based on various factors. However since you're in the 3rd round of counselling and still didn't get MANIT you should make sure that you've made MANIT as your top preference in the choice locking.
Also, you can use the college predictor tool to get a detailed information about which colleges you can get admission in based on your rank
Hey there!
You can get a tech internship irrespective of your branch. Let's say you want an internship related to python, since it not a part of your branch you have better chances of getting an internship like that through means other than your college. And before you can get an internship like that you'll have to learn python by yourself or go to a coaching whatever you prefer.
Hello There ,
Yes , it is possible , but it is not restricted to any college . Any Chemical engineering student can get the internship opportunity if they have the required knowledge and good approach . In chemical engineering , generally for 4 semesters there are Cse related course , which will help build cse concepts , also in third year data science courses Provide good knowledge . Apart from that you need to research and see what else you need to learn to be a suitable candidate.
Such companies have certain criteria , so you need to check whether you clear those or not .
Hope it helps
