According to your percentile your rank will be as follows ,

100- percentile obtained total no. of students 100=

=82642

According to previous year trends , you may not get into NIT Bhopal even under state quota.

as per the previous years result analysis your percentile of 96.5 is not enough for getting admission in nit. but since the nta cutoff results have not released there might be slight relaxation in the cutoff as the seat in barch courses in certain nits have increased. so

Nits take admission on the basis of jee main merit / ranking.

With the mentioned percentile you can calculate your rank by using formula

100 - your total percentile score is the percentage  of people ahead of you. 44517 are the number of candidates appeared for January exam.
