Andhra University, Visakhapatnam is one of the best Colleges in Andhra Pradesh in Engineering. But for Management degree the College is not good enough. The fee atrstructof the College for the MBA regular students is 10,000 and for the MBA finnafi and retail marketing the Course fee is 12000.

Yes you definately can as long as you have done your graduation from a recognized college or university and have a degree. You can also apply in final year in 10+2+3 courses.
