Hello dear candidate,
It is very unlikely to get a government college MBBS in Punjab with 367 score in NEET in round 3 of Punjab. You can consider the following options :-
Thank you.
Hello,
Yes, there are fully funded or partially funded scholarships available for MBBS abroad after 12th class. To be eligible, students typically need a strong academic record, a good NEET score, and English proficiency, though specific requirements vary by scholarship.
I hope it will clear your query!!
If you joined an AYUSH college in Round 1 and later got an MBBS seat, you can get your original documents back by formally withdrawing from the AYUSH program. You should do this as soon as possible, as the rules for withdrawal and forfeiture of your security deposit change depending on the counseling round and date.
If you have an MBBS from Nepal and haven't passed the FMGE, you have several options for further courses abroad, including pursuing a postgraduate degree in countries like the UK, the USA, and Australia, which may not require the FMGE to practice there.
With a NEET score of 367 in the SC category with a defense quota, securing a government MBBS seat at ESIC in Punjab is possible but not guaranteed. Your chances are much better under the state quota than the All India Quota (AIQ).
It is actually very difficult to get a government MBBS seats as the cutoff is generally high.
you still have chance in private colleges, state counselling rounds or management quota with lower cut off.

With a score of 367 in NEET 2025 under the SC and Defense quota in Punjab, you have a good chance of getting a Government Medical College seat in Round 3, especially since Round 3 includes seats that were not filled in previous rounds. While 367 is below the general cutoff, the combination of your specific reserved category (SC) and the Defense quota.
To get an MBBS seat in AIIMS , you must qualify the NEET-UG exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) . Admission to all AIIMS institutes in India is done through NEET-UG only. After qualifying NEET with a good score and All India Rank, you need to register for AIIMS counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on the official website – mcc.nic.in (https://mcc.nic.in) .
During counselling, you can choose AIIMS colleges as your preference. Based on your NEET rank, category, and seat availability, you will be allotted a seat in AIIMS. For top AIIMS like Delhi, you need a very high NEET score, usually around 680+ marks
Hope it helps !
Hello aspirant,
Many people believe that the MBBS program is difficult and demanding, requiring a sincere interest in medicine, strong dedication, and constant work. It is challenging because to its extensive and complex curriculum, fierce competition, and rigorous hands-on training. However, students can effectively handle the academic pressure and severe workload with commitment, astute study techniques, and a positive attitude, demonstrating that the degree is attainable despite its difficulty.
Thank you
Hope it helps you
