Pursuing B.Sc Mathematics and MBBS simultaneously in regular mode is generally not permitted. A Careers360 response explains that both are regular courses and that two regular programmes cannot ordinarily be pursued together. If you qualify NEET during your B.Sc, you should check whether your university permits completing the B.Sc through an alternative mode before joining MBBS.
