Candidates belonging to PwD category should have secure a score of 243 marks with 45th percentile.

I believe with an AIR of 5894 in NEET MDS 2021, in spite of being from the OBC Category you have bleak chances  in securing a seat in any Government or State Medical College. I would however suggest you to keep hope and apply for both the AIQ and Punjab
