National Board of Examination (NBE) is the competent authority to conduct NEET MDS exam. The authority conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission to Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) in government, private, deemed and central universities of India. NEET MDS 2021 is expected to be held on December 18, 2020. This is a tentative date and might be changed. NEET MDS application form 2021 will be available from the second week of October 2020. The registration for MD in AIIMS has started from 11th September, 20 and is valid till 30th September, 20. You can apply for the course via the official website, the link for which has been mentioned below,

The admission in the Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences MDS is dependent on entrance. The college offers MDS in nine dentistry specialties. The duration of the MDS program is three years.
The revised cut-off score of NEET MDS for general category( result was declared on 15th january 2020) was 220 (50 percentile), for OBC it was 188 (40 percentile).
The fee of this college is 225,000 per year( approximately).

Yes obviously you can do to your second MDS with another specialisation from any private or state government medical colleges. There is no prevention rule against this in in MCI. But some premier institutes like AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER do not allow you to enroll In their post graduation degree once again if you already have your MDS degree.

Aiims conduct post graduation exams for admission of MDS
It usually occurs in November 3rd week by online mode. For 2020 dates are still not announced.

NEET MDS Cut off 2020 – National Board of Examinations (NBE) in consultation with Dental Council of India (DCI) and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has reduced the NEET MDS cutoff by 18.935 percentile while scores reduced by 66 marks for all categories, which can be checked from the notice below. The cut off of NEET MDS 2020 has been reduced due to an insufficient number of candidates qualifying the entrance examination. The revised NEET MDS cutoff 2020 for the General/EWS category, SC/ST/OBC, and General-PwD are 31.065, 21.065, and 26.065 percentile, respectively. The equivalent NEET MDS 2020 cut off scores to these percentiles can be checked in the article below. Candidates securing the revised NEET MDS 2020 cutoff percentile will be eligible to participate for the mop-up round of counseling by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and the remaining state counseling process.
