Hello,
On July 3, 2020 the cutoff for NEET MDS 2020 has released the revised and reduced cut off. The revised cut off for OBC category is 188 which is 21.065 percentile. The cut is reduced to fill the remaining vacant seats in the dental colleges in India. Even after the reduced cut off you are not eligible to get seat as you have scored 171 marks.
Yes you can definitely get admission, but for that you should be able to crack the AIIMS MDS exam as the field is highly competitive and so you may need to study and work really hard for your admission.
AIIMS is a really prestigious institute so you will definitely get good exposure there.
All the Best!!
Most of the colleges accept NEET scores you can apply to private colleges and give their proprietary exams also.
The various exams accepted in India for MDS admissions include NEET MDS, NEET PG, AIIMS PG and Karnataka NEET PG.

Hope this information is helpful for you. Best Of Luck.
The cut offs are usually reduced when the no.of Candidates qualified for the first time are lesser than the no.of unfilled or vacant seats. I 2019 as well, DCI reduced the cut offs just like in the previous years. But there has been no mention of the cut offs being reduced twice in the same year. This year as well for NEET MDS 2020, the cut offs have been reduced by 18.935 percentage which is approximately 66 marks across all Categories. Now the new Cut offs are as follows:
General/EWS: 31.065
SC/ST/OBC: 21.065
General PWD: 26.065
And the revised marks are as follows:
General/EWS: 220
SC/ST/OBC:188
General PWD: 204
It doesn't look like the cut offs will be further reduced. Nevertheless, please follow the official website for more information. You can also refer our article for more information: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-mds-cut-off

Hello
There are 20+ colleges in Andhra Pradesh which accepts seat through the NEET-MDS . As you have secured 349 rank and expecting seat in orthodontics or endodontics category under b.
There are little chances you to get in into your desired course. Because there are few seats available in Andhra Pradesh. So it will be depended on the number of applicants and vacancy from your state.
Thank you
