See from this year there is a reservation of 10% for the economically weak aspirants in any of the entrance exam for taking admissions or whether applying for govt jobs.

Yes, there is a chance but that too (50-50). As this time paper was bit easy hence competetion will be tough but still consedering OBC_NCL there is a chance.

You can also try for IIT Roorkee or Guwahati as it will be quite easier as compared to IITM.

Your predicted score isn't enough to secure seat in IITs for Mtech programs.To secure seats in IITs you need at least 600 score.For NITs you need at least 500 score.Your score is around closing score of NITs if you will get NITs you won't get top ranked NITs.To know

You have a bit low score than what is required .If your rank would be within 15k then you might have chances otherwise not.
