SNS means self finance 50, 000 per year without  AICTE fellowship. 

Regular type means that the expenses are incurred by the university fund

Most of the students go for regular type.

If you are currently pursuing M.Tech, they definitely give more weightage to how you perform in the aptitude, HR and further selection rounds Btech marks are considered but if you have a good weightage and GPA in your Mtech and further then it will be good and you have a better chance

Dear student, you are only allowed to attend the certificate verification process in the allotted schedule only. You want to be allowed to get your documents verified on 9 August 2019 if you have missed your date on 7th August. You can however contact respective authority and request them with your concern.

Yeah you can it's not such difficult to learn it when you have studied b.tech in any college because in any college they will teach atleast basics of it making its prerequisites cleared or satisfied but you have to do some hard work for it more than in b.tech
