if you want to take admission in M.Tech then you have to appear in PG CET ot GATE exam for that.

I think, Gate qualification or more that qualification no is enough for take admission OU.

MHRD has banned the technical education like B.tech & M.tech programme on distance mode including AMIE, No Institution is permitted to offer Diploma, Bachelor or Masters level programme under ODL mode in Engineering and Technology now as these programme is not possible without Lab or practical.

Hello. The previous year's qualifying marks for Food Process Engineering was 27.67 for general category candidates. So according to that you may have a chance of getting into the program.

Hello Samson. In Gate 2018, the qualifying marks for M.Tech in life science (XL) was:

• General- 29.9
• OBC (NCL)- 26.9
• SC, ST & PwD- 19.9

Though the cutoff for GATE 2019 will be declared on 16th March 2019 but you may expect a cutoff similar to previous years.
