yeah the Transfer certificate is complusiory for M TECH in karnatkata and also valid score card of particular eligible entrance exam is mandatroy

From 2015 onwards the score validity of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) has been increased to three years,i.e if you have appeared GATE in the year 2016 then also you are eligible to apply for admission to MTech.

You can ask the college directly about the correspondence course for mtech but i would suggest you to purse the degree regularly as regular degree leads to more experience and more exposure

If your goal is to get admission in M.Tech or get PSUS jobs, you must not have any backlog in degree program. You have to clear the backlog. It is mandatory.
