the gate couselling was supposed to start in 4th weeks of july and even the SVU is now showing next dates for 2020 now in may .

Yes. One can do Masters in Computer science Engineering if he/she has done graduation in the subject related to Computer Science. As IT is almost similar to CSE you can do your Masters in Computer science Engineering. Either you can write GATE or any state level PGCET to pursue
