Hello,
If there would be no particular recruiting PSUs for any branches through gate score, then the cutoffs would be very high as the competition would be very tense.
But there are openings for various PSUs for ECE as it is one of the major branches.

Basically Integrated M.Tech course is less preffered now a days and as a result only B.Tech holders are more preffered over integrated M.Tech holders is job. 

As well IIIT is a also a nationally recognised institute and has good value regarding the courses they provide. It would be good
