At jntuk university mtech in embedded or vlsi is available and at au university me in vlsi is available . Both are two year programmes .

• Kakinada Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Korangi. here
• Chebrolu Engineering College, Guntur here
• Chirala Engineering College, Chirala here
• Aditya Engineering College, Surampalem here

Also there is M.tech VLSI course in Andhra University offered by Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College, Visakhapatnam.

Master of Technology (M.Tech) in VLSI is a two-year full-time postgraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
