Hi Praney,

As per the information if you get 97.7℅ then you will have a rank of around 20000 (approximately). The previous year's trend shows that the closing cut off rank for mechanical in SVNIT was approx 18,500 for 2018 while it was approx 17000 in 2017 for general category.

I would like say ADMISSION TO NITS are based on the rank not the percentile while its based on rank so kindly find in our tool find out your rank and check the cut off as well

Based on your percentile and category your rank may be around 50000-60000(The rank calculated is purely based on assumption actual rank may vary).
