With a score you are expecting, you have very less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ and state quota both in the OPEN CATEGORY.
But as you belong to the reserved categories you may have better chances through the state quota.

In 2018 under State Quota, 481 marks secured a seat in Murshidabad Medical College under OBC-A category. 474 marks secured seats in Maldah Medical College and Murshidabad Medical College under OBC-B Category. Those were the cut offs. Going by previous cut offs and your score, it is a tough call.

It is difficult to get admission in government colleges at these marks under your category in AP but you can get admission in private colleges.
