Its not undertstood which category you belong to and also did not mention about your state domicile. Nevermind, the cut off if AMC,Visakhapatnam in 2018 through AIQ was-

Based upon your score expectation you have decent chances for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota both.

Hello rufina,

With a score below 550 you can't get a government medical college in AIQ.
According to the previous trends the cut off for mbbs seats in Obc category was around 500 and above.
However the cut off varies from pervious year cut off, it may increase or decrease
