When you calculate this way,

Based on Your marks, you have very less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ. Because the last year cutoff was around 442 for sc category.
But the cut off in state quota was around 193 for sc. So if the cut off doesn't show much

As you are expecting a score above 500 you have decent chances for admission to Government Medical Colleges under state quota in a state you are expecting. Your chances are better because you belong to the reserved categories.

You didn't mention your state of domicile and your category.
If you are from general category then I am sorry but you can not get a seat in Government Medical College as your marks is not sufficient for it .
