Yes anyone can do MBA after graduation in any stream whether it is science or commerce. MBA is considered to be the brightest course after graduation in any stream so you can do it. So accordingly you can do it without medical background.

The Cutoff marks for Maharaja agrasen medical college varies every year,
It's better if you score more than 500 to be on safe side !
The fee structure per annum is in between 2 to 3 lakhs,

Hey.
Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for tge course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both the scores.
So as your boards percentage as well as your entrance exam's score both matter equally.

Based on the cutoff of 2018 the cutoff of King George Medical College , Lucknow under state quota was 589.

So you have chances only if you have state quota.

The number of seats in Christian medical college is very less for unreserved candidates hence getting a seat is difficult though you have got great marks.

468 to 685 mark holders had applied previous year for 16 seats.
