It depend on you category if you are from general category then it is difficult but if you are from obc then there are some chances of getting government seat.
But you should apply for councelling once the results are out. It is always depended on the cut off, so

Well your score is a bit low and your category is general. I would like to tell you that deemed universities have high fee structure and fees range from ₹10lakh/year to ₹22lakh/year. The lowest is around ₹10lakh. And not lower tahn that. That too is given to those students

Based on the previous year cut off marks, to get a seat in Delhi Govt. Medical colleges you should get marks between 562-640 in unreserved category. So 524 marks have fewer possibilities to get you a seat in Govt. Colleges in Delhi. You can wait until the release
