There's no issue anywhere for anyone.India is a secular country and everyone is treated equally irrespective of cast,creed or language.
In case you find any issue then that mivmi be cause people won't be able to understand your language initially but english language will remove this barrier as well

Which new AIIMS ? If you take AIIMS Jodhpur and Bhubaneswar they are comparable because there are students who have left KGMC and joined theses institutes. The reason being 1. Better peer group and study environment 2.No student politics 3. AIIMS Brand
Other AIIMS- You may prefer KGMC
