Sir, why are the non karnataka candidates included in neet 2018 state merit list ?will this affect the karnataka candidated.

Hi dear,
Non Karnataka Candidates who have applied for medical colleges in karnatka are just included in NEET 2018 state merit list. But the first preference will be given to karnataka students only through home state quota.
