I am afraid this score is not enough to bag an MBBS seat in a govt medical college.
Nevertheless you should work harder on your weaknesses and score better,then you can definitely be a doctor one day.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, you are not eligible for admission.
But you can try in private colleges.
