If you belong to general category, it is almost impossible to get even a bds seat with this score. You may however try for private medical colleges.

Of course there is a good chance that you can get a government medical college in Telengana. With reservation quota you might get a decent college but not with the general rank.

521 is a good score in neet. with that score and a obc reservation, you will get a mbbs seat in one of the top colleges of your state. so start finding out the best college in your state. :)

With a rank of 90000, government medical seat is not possible. There could be some chance in private colleges but will require hefty fees.
You may also opt for other courses or study hard and try again next year.

Unfortunately 200 marks is not enough to get a private BDS college in state with lesser fee. You can apply through the management quota or to deemed universities but the fee is higher there. You may try some other course as well. All the best!

I think you ll get I m not sure about that. 2500+ seats are there in telangana. So the state reserved rank matters ! Attend counseling and hope for the best
