Coming to your question I would like to say that this score in the neet is very low sorry to say that , to do the MBBS in any of the college you should be able to clear the neet cutoff , so I will suggest you to prepare for the one year and than give the exam again and get settled for the MBBS in the good medical college ,

When you complete your diploma in pharmacy, you can apply for bachelor's in pharmacy. You should have minimum 60% in diploma and cutoff may vary from college to college. 

Fees also may vary from college to college. Fees may ranges from 1 lac to 5 lacs.

this is the list of candidates who have been allotted colleges this term after 1st round for all categories. similarly at the official site of the counselling, you will get the same for other rounds and get the idea about the cut off.

You have to go for the college in which seat was alloted in first counselling. Because this time you are not even having the option of third counselling. So if you haven't kept Web options of second counselling the first one is only the chance you are having.

As you ask about the eligibility for the Clinical Research course clinical resource course is a one year full course and eligibility for this course is preservation degree with  above 55 percentage. As you mention here that you complete your diploma  in medical laboratory so you are eligible for this course.
