As far as St. John's medical college is concerned, admissions on all the category of seats takes place according to the counselling organised by Karanataka government.

As it is a private medical college, counselling will be organised by KEA. KEA after document verification and choice filling and locking

If you have domocile of Maharashtra then you may get some decent colleges but ig you're applying for all India Quota then you can only get below average ranked colleges with this rank. You can check previous year cutoffs of colleges of Maharashtra by going through the link given below.

Please mention the name of the college or exam so that I can tell you better. However in general you need to provide self declaration form. So it's better to get it prepared for counseling and admissions to avoid any future inconveniences.

Yes you can get admission into any state while belonging to other state. Every state have 15% seats reserved for other state students however it's cutoffs are slightly higher than that of state level seats. If you belong to general category then you can only get private colleges with these

You can participate in Karnataka State Counselling only if you have the domicile of that state.If you don't have the domicile then you need to contest under All India 15% quota of NEET-UG for the same.To be sure of getting a seat, your score should be high.

You are elligible in participating karnata state counselling even though you are from another state, in management qouta.Do check their official notifications and check the category in which you fit and apply accordingly.
