Well beleive me when I say this that there are no scholarship for international students for medical studies in USA. Some degree course work including MD-PhD has some funding but that is a research program and getting in is way too difficult. But medical studies don't have any scholarships

Yes if you haven't got any mail from National testing agency then your application is accepted. If and only if the form has some errors in the form then we get mail from national testing agency if not then there are no errors and the form is accepted.

You  haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because the cut offs are different across Categories. Neverthless, this answer is being written assumed that you belong to General Category. Going by previous years cut offs and your rank, chances are less for both Pediatrics and General Medicine.Now this is 2019
